Welcome to the 2009 B-93 Roofsit Concert for Kids donation page!
90% of child abuse occurs with someone the child knows. One in 4 children will be sexually abused before the age of 18. Child abuse has lifelong effects. An abusive childhood situation disrupts healthy psychological development.
You can help bring an end to child abuse. Your donation will go towards programs that educate the community, children and parents as well as local, state and national policy makers about children's issues. It will also go towards advocating for children who are involved in court proceedings and treatment to assist in the healing process.
The B-93 Roofsit Concert for Kids – our yearly fundraiser to end the cycle of child abuse in West Michigan – is Sunday, November 1, at the Van Andel Arena with country artist Dierks Bentley. Our goal? To raise awareness of the problem, and to fund programs working hard to end the cycle of child abuse.
